This article briefly and in simple language describes how the Earth through earthquakes equalizes the energy imbalance in the earth's crust and mantle, and the Universe, in the same way, through the amount of dark matter, evens out the energy imbalance in space.

So, gentlemen of geophysics, do you agree that the process of dumping excess energy during earthquakes and cosmic cataclysms is of the same nature according to the principle of the Minimum energy of any system?
