does anyone have any documentation describing Cogniseis DISCO internal format? From hacking it (python script and some trial and error) I can figure out the size of the ASCII "reel" header and the size of the trace headers so I able to read the actual trace data but it would be nice to know the actual specification of how the size of the headers are defined (fixed size, byte marker or specified within reel header?) as well as a reliable way to extract reel and trace header information.
Thanks.

Re: DISCO INTERNAL FORMAT ?
We used DISCO at university years ago. I recall it used 36 trace headers, all 32-bits. Either integer or VAX floating point. As to what word 1,2,3... contained, no idea.
