Hello everyone,
I have been reprocessing 2 2D seismic profiles using seismicUNIX following someones' personally created guideline. After stacking the data, I was trying to migrate it. But now it requires SioSeis. I tried to install it using the resources on UCSD website but everything is too fuzzy (https://sioseis.ucsd.edu/). There's no blog or video tutorial unlike seismicUNIX on the internet for this.
I'm doing this for my masters' thesis. I would appreciate any kind of help.
Thanks.
Installing SioSeis on Ubuntu
Re: Installing SioSeis on Ubuntu
Hi aislam3,
If I am right it is "easier" if you use Madagascar instead of Sioseis (I tried it and stopped using it). If you are using SU perhaps it is easier to keep with it.
Best regards,
Gery
