Help with archaeology and LIDAR

Post by olshkin »

Hi guys, i'm new here, hoping to find out about some of these occurrences in LIDAR mapping for archaeological context. I have found a line with a sort of distortion to the right (none to the left) and this runs randomly through multiple fields, disregarding the modern field boundaries entirely. It carries on for a few miles out of this image in a linear direction. Anyone know what it is? Is it an error with the survey? Might need to zoom in a little to spot more clearly.
