I have a GSSI Profiler EMP-400 electrical conductivity profiling instrument for sale.

The Profiler is a multi-frequency frequency domain electromagnetic induction (FDEM) instrument. The Profiler is a lighweight, man carried instrument for investigating the shallow subsurface. The operator can control the Profiler with the software on the included TDS Recon ruggedized controller with integrated GPS. The operator can select one or more frequencies of operation as well as the sampling rate. The instrument collects both the inphase (IP) and quadrature (QP) data for each measurement point and also calculates the electrical conductivity (mS/m). The instrument ships in two shipping cases, a large case for the instrument, carry handle, and controller mount. The smaller case holds all of the batteries, charges, user manual and accessories.

I have attached a sample figure of data collected with the Profiler about a month ago. The image shows the IP data at 5 kHz collected over a field where a reinforced concrete drainage pipe that was 3 ft in diameter and approximately 10 ft below the surface. The pipe is easily visible from the southeast corner of the site most of the way across the site. The pipe became difficult to detect in the northwest corner of the site due to surface anomalies such as shallow pipes, metallic debris, buildings, cable TV boxes, etc...

I would like $11,000.00 USD for the units but am willing to accept reasonable offers. I will include shipping for the lower 48 in the cost. I am willing to ship further than that but the purchaser will pay shipping. I am willing to sell internationally, but he purchaser will pay shipping and deal with all customs and duties.
