When I use the command surange whit a seismic.su archive its shows me this
"surange: fgettr.c: on trace #58987, number of samples in header (6130) differs from the number for the first trace (1500)
Im using the archive of the "A Course in Geophysical Image Processing with Seismic Unix: GPGN 461/561 Lab Fall 2012"

Re: Seismic Unix Help
This can often be an issue with little/big endian byte ordering and the system you are using.
You can use the suoldtonew module, followed by a pipe to surange or other desired module.
