F-K plot in Matlab

Let us say that we have a data set (in a digital form) in which "X-axis" represents Distance [Meter], and "Y-axis" represents Time [Seconds]. How do we create an F-K plot for that data set in Matlab or in Microsoft Excel?

- F-k plot is basically is a plot of Wave number (as "X-axis") versus the the Frequency (as "Y-axis"). Easy to say, but hard to make

My purpose is to disappoint you again.
I am no expert, but the plot you are looking for is similar to the dispersion curse analysis in MASW -- per my understanding. I am also interested in this question.
