Hello everyone,
I have been reading research papers for low velocity, low frequency reservoir identification and classification based on fluid.
So I generated an RMS frequency volume and extracted RMS and MaxNeg with the required window for horizon that focused on the prospective sands of the reservoir. However, The resulting horizon showed that my proven hydrocarbon wells have higher frequencies (>30) and failed wells have low frequencies (<20) in their reservoir zones. Which is the complete opposite of what I've been researching. I'm not trying to prove that there's a proportionality between LVL and low frequencies but the bandwidth of my data is 8-60Hz. So I'm sure I'm doing something wrong. Any help would be appreciated. And please point out if I have the wrong concept about this.
Thanks.
