SIR 3000, 400 MHz antenna and accesories

Hi, I am looking for a SIR 3000 (or SIR 4000) with a 400 MHz antenna (or 350 HS), batteries, cable, 3 or 4 wheel cart or a large survey wheel for mounting to the antenna.
